Q.Does the price include set up and delivery?
A.We do not charge a set up or delivery fee for deliveries within 30 miles of Dubuque! We do, however, charge an incremental fee of $5.00 per mile for deliveries exceeding 30 miles of Dubuque. This fee will auto calculate at check-out if applicable. For any unique delivery or set-up requests, please contact us.
Q.Do you deliver to other cities?
A.Yes. We can deliver to most areas within 90 miles of Dubuque. We do not charge a set up or delivery fee for deliveries within 30 miles of Dubuque! We do, however, charge an incremental fee of $5.00 per mile for deliveries exceeding 30 miles of Dubuque. This fee will auto calculate at check-out if applicable. Q.Does the rental time include your set up time?
A.No. Our rental fees are based on days, not hours. We don’t nickel and dime our customers. If you want your rental longer, simply choose an earlier delivery time or a later pick-up time. As long as you do not add additional days, the rental price will remain the same.
Q.When do you set up?
A.That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we attempt to deliver and set up at the time you have selected during the booking process. If we have conflicts, we'll contact you and work on a mutually agreeable time change. Likewise, if you want to change the delivery or pick-up time, you can contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Q.Do we have to keep inflatable tents plugged in the entire time?
A.Yes. Our inflatable tents operate similarly to the way bounce houses work. They require a blower that constantly blows air into the inflatable to keep them erected. If power is interrupted to the blower, the inflatable will collapse
Q.What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A.We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity conveniently available. Even if they do have electricity, outlets may not be close enough, or in service. If you want to set up at a park, you may want to consider a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Click here to view available generators.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.We accept credit cards, cash, or check. If paying by cash or check, please contact us for assistance with placing your order. If paying by check, please contact us early as we will require payment in full and for your check to clear at least 7 days before your scheduled rental.
Q.What if we need to cancel?
A.Things come up. We get it! We do require a Minimum Payment up front upon checkout that is not refundable, but will be credited toward the full balance. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to the event, we will retain that Minimum Payment in a Raincheck, good for one full year toward a future event. If you cancel before the 7 days leading up to the Event, your full balance can be refunded or placed in a Raincheck, whichever you prefer.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes all orders require a 35% deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 8 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 2-7 days prior to your rental you will be issued a Raincheck that is good for 1 year.
Q.Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A.Yes. There will be a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact us at 563-213-5822.
Q.Are we responsible if the rental is damaged or stolen?
A.Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our rental items. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off a blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the rental item which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign a contract indicating that you have read and understand our rules and policies. Additionally, we offer a Damage Waiver. For 7% of your total rental costs we will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your possession of said equipment, excluding intentional damage or theft. This option will be presented to you at checkout.
